Jessica and Daniel Garrett are the owners of Mighty Oaks Realty, a client-focused real estate brokerage serving buyers, sellers, veterans, relocation clients, investors, and families throughout Tennessee and Georgia. As a husband-and-wife team, they bring a unique blend of financial strategy, real estate experience, business leadership, analytical problem-solving, marketing, healthcare professionalism, auction knowledge, and local insight to every client relationship.

Mighty Oaks Realty is led by a team recognized as a North Georgia Best of the Best 2026 Finalist, reflecting the brokerage’s commitment to trusted service, clear communication, professional guidance, and client-first representation.

Jessica serves as Broker/Owner and brings a degree in Finance from Tennessee Technological University, over 10 years of experience in insurance, and 10 years of real estate experience. Her finance background helps her guide buyers and sellers through smart decisions involving pricing, risk, long-term value, market position, and return on investment. For sellers, Jessica focuses heavily on preparation, pricing strategy, positioning, marketing, negotiation, and helping each client pursue the strongest possible outcome. Her PSA, Pricing Strategy Advisor training strengthens her ability to evaluate comparable sales, pricing trends, and market data, while her GRI, Graduate REALTOR® Institute designation reflects advanced education in contracts, professional standards, legal issues, and real estate best practices.

Jessica has extensive experience working with residential sellers, luxury properties, investment properties, relocation clients, and homeowners navigating major life transitions. She also helps clients think through investment goals, resale potential, and situations involving 1031 exchanges. Her e-PRO® certification supports her use of modern technology, digital marketing, and online communication to better market properties and serve today’s buyers and sellers.

Jessica has a special passion for helping veterans and military families buy and sell homes, including clients using VA loan benefits. She has helped hundreds of veteran clients and relocation clients throughout Tennessee and Georgia. Her AHWD, At Home With Diversity® certification reflects her commitment to serving clients from all backgrounds with professionalism and respect, while her SRES®, Seniors Real Estate Specialist® designation gives her added training to guide clients age 50+ through downsizing, retirement moves, estate-related transitions, and later-life real estate decisions. Jessica has also earned the C2EX, Commitment to Excellence endorsement, reflecting her commitment to professionalism, ethics, client service, and continued improvement.

Daniel brings a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University, a degree he often describes as a problem-solving degree. That training shaped the way he approaches real estate, business, and client service, with a focus on analysis, practical solutions, systems, details, and careful decision-making.

Daniel also earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from ETSU Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy and became a licensed pharmacist in Tennessee. He managed Larco Pharmacy in Cookeville for five years, where he played an instrumental role in growing the business and implementing programs that significantly increased sales in areas including compounding, long-term care, and specialty medications. After moving to the Chattanooga area with Jessica, he managed Longley's Pharmacy in Rossville before becoming more involved in building Mighty Oaks Realty.

When Jessica and Daniel started Mighty Oaks Realty, Daniel earned his real estate license and began assisting with marketing, showings, client support, business systems, and contract review. In 2022, he accepted a seven-on, seven-off pharmacist position at Parkridge Medical Center, allowing him to continue serving in healthcare while using his days off to help grow the brokerage through marketing, systems, community relationships, and business development.

In 2025, Daniel attended the Southern School of Auction and became a licensed auctioneer, adding another strategic tool to Mighty Oaks Realty’s seller-focused services. Auction gives the brokerage another option for certain properties and situations, especially when urgency, exposure, competitive bidding, or a unique marketing approach may benefit the seller.

 

In 2026, Daniel made the decision to leave pharmacy and pursue real estate full time alongside Jessica. His goal is to help expand Mighty Oaks Realty by bringing additional professionalism, operational insight, analytical thinking, marketing strategy, auction knowledge, and attention to detail to every part of the business.

Together, Jessica and Daniel lead Mighty Oaks Realty with a shared commitment to professionalism, clear communication, thoughtful strategy, and doing what is best for each client. Whether helping a seller prepare and market a property, guiding a buyer through a major purchase, assisting a veteran with VA benefits, advising a relocating family, supporting an investor, or exploring auction as a tool to move property, their goal is to provide knowledgeable, steady, and trustworthy guidance every step of the way.
